Prior to joining Johnson Millennium, Adam served in a leadership role at Porsche, where he held Director- level responsibility within the company’s Tequipment and Lifestyle divisions. In that capacity, he helped oversee the strategic development and brand governance of Porsche’s premium accessory and lifestyle product portfolios, global programs that extend the Porsche brand far beyond the vehicle itself.
The Tequipment and Porsche Lifestyle businesses represent a significant commercial extension of the Porsche brand, encompassing thousands of product SKUs distributed through dealerships and retail channels worldwide. These divisions generate substantial annual revenue while reinforcing Porsche’s reputation for precision engineering, craftsmanship, and design integrity.
Adam played a key leadership role in ensuring that every product extension, from vehicle accessories to lifestyle collections, maintained strict alignment with Porsche’s design philosophy and premium positioning.
