Allison Johnston serves as Managing Partner of Erazo & Real Estate Strategy at Johnson Millennium, where she leads the execution, growth, and expansion of the Erazo platform while working alongside the firm’s broader team on real estate strategy and capital alignment.

She is responsible for driving operational performance across Erazo’s real estate initiatives, translating strategic vision into structured execution across acquisitions, development, and portfolio growth. Her role sits at the intersection of assets, execution, and capital, supporting the continued expansion of JM’s real estate footprint through disciplined operations and coordinated engagement with investment partners, including institutional capital and REIT-aligned relationships.

Prior to joining Johnson Millennium, Allison held senior leadership roles at Opendoor and Mainstay, where she led and scaled high-performing teams of 40 to 125+ professionals across multiple U.S. markets. In these roles, she managed large residential portfolios, launched and stabilized new markets, and implemented data-driven operational strategies that improved efficiency, margin, and overall performance at scale.

Allison brings a systems-driven approach to execution, with a focus on building teams, installing accountability, and creating repeatable processes that support sustained growth. She is particularly skilled in aligning cross-functional teams around clear objectives while maintaining the flexibility required to operate in dynamic and evolving markets.

At Erazo, Allison leads day-to-day operations while ensuring that the platform is positioned for long-term scalability. She works closely with leadership, advisors, and capital partners to support underwriting, investor communication, and the disciplined execution required to expand the firm’s real estate initiatives across multiple markets.

Allison began her academic studies at Emory University and later continued her education at the University of Georgia.
