A.T. Smith is the former Deputy Director of the United States Secret Service, where he served as the agency's second-highest ranking executive with a distinguished 29-year federal law enforcement career.

As Deputy Director, he oversaw the daily operations of more than 7,000 personnel and managed an annual budget exceeding $1.8 billion, providing executive leadership for one of the world's most respected protective and investigative organizations. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Smith helped guide the Secret Service's global mission of presidential protection, financial crime investigations, cybersecurity, and international law enforcement partnerships.

Prior to his appointment as Deputy Director, Mr. Smith held numerous senior leadership positions within the Secret Service, including Assistant Director for the Office of Investigations, where he directed national policy involving cybercrime, financial crimes, electronic crimes, and counterfeit investigations while overseeing more than 160 domestic and international field offices. His career also included leadership of the New York Field Office, the Secret Service Training Academy, Human Resources and Training, and supervisory assignments at the Presidential Protective Division.

Following his government service, Mr. Smith has advised public and private organizations on executive protection, enterprise security, cybersecurity, investigations, crisis management, and organizational resilience. He has also served as a law enforcement analyst for national media, providing trusted insight on complex security and investigative matters. His distinguished career has been recognized with the Presidential Rank Award for Meritorious Service, the Department of Homeland Security Secretary's Silver Medal, and the Secretary's Award of Excellence.

As a Strategic Advisor to Johnson Millennium, Mr. Smith provides guidance on enterprise security strategy, critical infrastructure protection, executive risk management, cybersecurity governance, and public-private partnerships.
