Carlos González Núñez serves as Director of Costa Rica Development & Execution for Johnson Millennium, where he leads the firm’s in-country real estate development initiatives across Costa Rica, including Erazo’s flagship Sabana project. In this role, he is responsible for coordinating land strategy, managing government and regulatory engagement, structuring and formalizing contractual relationships, and overseeing construction partnerships through execution.

With over a decade of experience across real estate development, commercial strategy, and project coordination, Carlos has built a reputation for disciplined execution and an ability to navigate complex transactional environments.

His work has spanned the full lifecycle of residential development from initial land positioning and entitlement processes to sales coordination, asset formalization, and delivery, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how projects move from concept to completion within both institutional and local market frameworks.

Prior to joining Johnson Millennium, Carlos held leadership and senior coordination roles across multiple real estate organizations in Costa Rica, where he was responsible for commercial operations, transaction structuring, and client lifecycle management. His experience includes direct involvement in property formalization, notarization, and closing processes, as well as the development and implementation of commercial strategies and the management of high- performing teams.

Known for his negotiation capabilities and detail-oriented approach, he has consistently operated at the intersection of stakeholders, buyers, partners, legal teams, and developers to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

At Johnson Millennium, Carlos serves as the firm’s on-the-ground operator in Costa Rica, translating strategic vision into executable frameworks across development, partnerships, and construction. Working closely with leadership, he ensures that each project is aligned with broader investment objectives while meeting the regulatory, operational, and cultural dynamics unique to the region.

His role is central to advancing Johnson Millennium’s expansion within international real estate markets, providing the local expertise and executional discipline required to deliver at scale.
