Dr. Ingeborg Rocker serves as Research Partner – Architecture, Design & Technology at Johnson Millennium, where she provides strategic insight across the Company's research initiatives, advanced technology platforms, and real estate development ecosystem. Her work integrates architecture, computational design, sustainability, artificial intelligence, and intelligent infrastructure into Johnson Millennium's long-term venture and development strategy, helping bridge leading academic research with commercially scalable innovation.
Dr. Rocker is a Professor in the School of Architecture at the Georgia Institute of Technology and Founder and Chair of the Industry Innovation | Circular Economy (I2CE) Lab. Her research focuses on sustainable industry innovation, emerging technologies, circular economy systems, and advanced design methodologies, bringing together academia and industry to develop practical solutions for the future of the built environment.
Prior to joining Georgia Tech, Dr. Rocker served as Vice President at Dassault Systèmes, where she led sustainable cross-industry innovation initiatives and played a leadership role in developing the pioneering 3DEXPERIENCity platform, virtualizing Singapore as one of the world's first comprehensive digital city models. Her career has consistently connected advanced software, engineering, architecture, and sustainability to create transformative technological and economic impact.
An internationally recognized architect, researcher, and educator, Dr. Rocker previously worked with renowned architect Peter Eisenman on the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe in Berlin before co-founding Rocker-Lange Architects, an internationally recognized research- driven architectural practice. She has also held academic appointments at Princeton University, the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard University, and Georgia Tech, where she has advanced interdisciplinary research at the intersection of architecture, technology, and innovation.
