About

Mark Campbell serves as Partner of Investor Relations & Capital Strategy at Johnson Millennium Capital, where he works as part of the firm’s capital team supporting investor engagement, capital formation, and capital deployment across the full lifecycle of JM’s investment activities, including seed, venture, growth, and opportunity strategies.

In this role, Mark serves as a key point of coordination between Johnson Millennium and its investment partners, working alongside the broader capital team to ensure alignment around investment strategy, fund structures, and long-term value creation. He supports both prospective and existing investors by providing transparency into capital allocation, portfolio development, and the firm’s disciplined approach to deploying capital across its ecosystem.

Mark contributes to guiding investors through the mechanics of committed capital, fund participation, and overall portfolio strategy, while supporting the communication of performance insights and investment progress. His work helps ensure that Johnson Millennium’s capital partners maintain a clear understanding of how capital is deployed, how opportunities are evaluated, and how investments evolve over time.

With more than two decades of experience advising individuals and families on financial processes and complex funding structures, Mark brings a strong foundation in investor communication, compliance frameworks, and financial guidance. Prior to joining JM, he served as Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Nassau Community College, where he worked extensively with large-scale financial programs, regulatory requirements, and funding documentation, helping thousands of individuals navigate complex financial pathways.

Earlier in his career, Mark held leadership roles in admissions and financial services at institutions including Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Hofstra University, where he managed recruitment initiatives, financial counseling programs, and large-scale informational platforms designed to support informed financial decision- making.

At Johnson Millennium, Mark plays an important role within the firm’s capital function, supporting both capital formation and capital deployment efforts while helping ensure that investor relationships remain informed, confident, and aligned with the firm’s long-term strategy.
