Tania Funduk is a Partner and Chief of Staff at Johnson Millennium, and one of the firm’s foundational leaders, having been with the organization since its inception. As the longest-tenured executive outside of the founder, she has played a central role in shaping the firm’s operational discipline, capital deployment strategy, and execution across its expanding portfolio of companies.

As Chief of Staff to the Founder, Tania operates with authority across the Johnson Millennium platform, ensuring alignment between vision, capital, and execution. She serves as a strategic extension of leadership, driving initiatives from concept through implementation while maintaining cohesion across multiple businesses, partnerships, and investment activities. Her role is critical in translating high-level strategy into structured execution, enabling the firm to operate with speed, precision, and consistency at scale.

At Johnson Millennium, Tania works at the intersection of capital and execution. She leads capital sourcing and structuring efforts while overseeing the operational infrastructure that supports the firm’s portfolio, ensuring each company is positioned for scalability, efficiency, and long-term performance. She is frequently deployed in high-impact situations, including stabilizing operations, optimizing financial structures, and executing complex, multi-layer initiatives across the platform.

Prior to Johnson Millennium, Tania served at Sanjika Financial, where she specialized in providing lending solutions and operational support to business owners seeking growth capital. She worked directly with companies to structure and deploy working capital across payroll, equipment financing, marketing, and expansion initiatives, helping operators not only sustain their businesses, but accelerate growth through disciplined financial strategy.

Tania brings over 25 years of experience spanning operations, business development, and financial management. Her expertise includes strategic planning, capital utilization, organizational leadership, and operational scaling. She is recognized for her ability to align financial insight with real-world execution, consistently delivering results in complex and evolving environments.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Marketing from Georgia State University.
