Shawn Yeager serves as an Advisor to Johnson Millennium, where he supports the firm's Real Assets and Artificial Intelligence platforms through venture development, technology commercialization, strategic partnerships, and enterprise growth. With more than two decades of executive leadership spanning artificial intelligence, enterprise software, financial technology, and emerging technologies, Shawn helps identify and scale opportunities that combine advanced innovation with long-term value creation.

Shawn serves as a Principal of Quadrant-I at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he works with faculty, researchers, and entrepreneurs to transform breakthrough research into venture-backed companies. He is the Chairman of the TechAI Venture Studio, has mentored emerging technology startups through the American Technology Venture Lab (ATVL), and Creative Destruction Lab at Georgia Tech.

Throughout his career, Shawn has held executive leadership roles with pioneering technology companies. He served as Vice President of Business Development for Compatio AI, helping expand enterprise AI solutions for industrial and manufacturing markets, and previously led EASY2U as Managing Director, advancing distributed financial technology platforms across the United States and Europe. Earlier, he served as Head of Cinema Business for THX Ltd., Chief Executive Officer of PRIMA Cinema, and Founding CEO of Auditude, an advertising technology pioneer that was acquired by Adobe.

Shawn earned a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Davis, along with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Political Science from UCLA. His multidisciplinary background in law, business, and technology provides a unique perspective on innovation, commercialization, and strategic growth. He is a member of the Georgia Bar.
